After proclamations of divorce, a sex tape featuring Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt, and another sex tape starring Heidi and Playboy Playmate and former GF of founder and all-around dirty old man Hugh Hefner Karissa Shannon, America's sweethearts (ha) Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were spotted back together, kissing and with Heidi flaunting her wedding ring while on a yacht celebrating her 24th birthday. The Hills stars were spotted making up, and making out, in Santa Barbara, California yesterday. Heidi took to her Twitter account to praise Spencer, and Jesus, saying "First few days back in America! I don't think I will ever lave again, at least I am never letting @SpencerPratt pack again!!!!"
